Data Deletion

1. Data that may be requested for deletion

You may request the deletion of data submitted through the website form or the Vexa chatbot, such as your name, WhatsApp number, business requirements, and conversation transcripts.

2. How to submit a request

Send your request via Velionexa's official WhatsApp: +62 877-6174-4888. Include the WhatsApp number used when submitting the data so that we can carry out verification.

3. Verification

We may request additional information to ensure that the request comes from the lawful owner of the data.

4. Exceptions

Some data may need to be retained temporarily if required for administration, security, the settlement of obligations, or legal compliance.

5. Estimated processing time

Requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable time after verification is complete.
